All items shipped to customers are shipped in high-quality ULINE boxes to ensure safe delivery. We will never ship brand new items to you that have damage. We cannot account for postal damage, however, based on years of shipping experience the way a company packages your collectibles means the world of a difference. Each item is packed safely with added care. As collectors ourselves we want each item delivered to customers to arrive the way we'd want them to arrive at our own doorsteps - in #MINTY condition!
All pre-orders may be canceled within 48 hours and if canceled within 48 hours will be a 0% cancellation fee. After 48 hours pre-orders sales are final and non-refundable for any reason. If items are returned due to undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded and Monthly Pops will charge a restocking fee of 25% on all items.

All Pre-orders are a binding agreement to you purchasing such items and are non-refundable and non-transferable. No order shall be fulfilled until every item is in stock.
